FAQs
What if I miss a day?
Grace > guilt. Pick up where you left off and keep moving. The goal is faithful consistency, not perfection.
Do I need a gym or equipment?
No. Every Grit Practice is body-weight based and can be done anywhere.
Do I have to do prostrations?
They’re optional. Each email includes a simple alternative movement.
Can women join?
Yes — many do. The Challenge was written for men but built for anyone seeking faith and discipline.
Is it free?
Completely. Just show up and commit.
Why this matters
- You don’t need an hour-long workout or a monastery.
- You just need 10 minutes — and the willingness to kneel, move, and pray.
- The Lord meets the man who shows up.

Day 5 — Rest Right
